Privacy notice
Short and plain. This is what happens to the details you give us on this site.
Who this covers
This notice covers the website saasbookings.co, run by SAAS Bookings. When we say "we" or "us", we mean SAAS Bookings.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the contact form: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.
Why we collect it
We use these details to answer your request, for example to prepare and send the Bookings Map you asked for, and to reply to your questions about it. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until your request is closed, then for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation. After that we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are seen only by the people who handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to lindsay.evans@saasbookings.co or send a note through the contact form and we will act on it. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we stop contacting you.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Fonts load from a font service so the pages display correctly. Nothing on the site follows you once you leave.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
